Hello!
I’m Tina Lovise Hetland, a 36-year-old graphic designer based in Sandnes, Norway. Creativity has been a constant in my life, whether through drawing, photography, or handmade crafts. What started as a passion became a path when I began studying graphic design at Noroff in 2020, and I am currently studying digital marketing to broaden my skill set.
Since April, I’ve worked as a graphic designer in a creative agency, where I’ve gained hands-on experience with visual communication, layout design, social media content, and web publishing. My true passion lies in structured design, typography, editorial layout, and visual storytelling that not only looks good but also communicates clearly.
Outside of work, I find inspiration in nature, especially through landscape and coastal photography. It’s where I recharge and connect with the visual world in a more personal way.

Rookie Awards 2024
I’m very grateful to have been picked as one of the finalist for the Rookie Awards 2024. I spent alot of time and effort to make a good presentation of my work so far on my journey as a graphic design student. Being an finalists in my category , I become one of the top 20, with over 200 amazing entrants in that category.
Now they have announced the winners and I’m really happy about being awarded: Rookie Awards 2024, Rookie of the year – Graphic Design – Highly Commended.
I also officially received a “Rank A” on my Industry Certificate based on my submission to the “Rookie of the Year – Graphic Design”.
And I also received a “Draft Selection Badge”
This is the first time in my life that I’ve entered anything like this, and I’m really proud of what I’ve done and what I’ve achieved. I’m really gratefull to be announced as one of the winners of the Rookies of the Year being awarded with Rookie of the Year-Highly Commended and Rank A in the category Graphic Design. I didn’t become the winner or the runner up, but being 1 of 4 that got the “highly commended” badge is a big achievement. Now I’m soon ready to start on my final exams and my journey as a graphic designer.
